Dynamic values on Survey Questions

Hey everyone,

Ever wondered if on a survey we can display the field of a record for which the survey is triggered. E.g I would love to see the short description on the highlighted part of the below question

Well, ServiceNow allows you to pull the dynamic value from the record via the configurations only, YaY!!!!

To do this, navigate to the survey created and add the source table on the survey record.

Then, Navigate to Survey designer and open the question where you need to add the dynamic field value.

Add ${param} at the place where you would like to see the dynamic value.

Scroll below, look for Source field and add the field you would like to see with the question.

Save and publish the survey and there you go!!!

This is the result you will see.
